The
Wine Expo is the center for tasting of wine and it's the only one of such kind
in the manifestation "Tikveshki Grozdober" which in every case is
one of the most interesting attractions for its visitors. Here you can taste
the products from the wineries and grape growers from the famous wineries and
traditional wine families from the city and the Tikvesh region. The Tikvesh
Wine Expo 2004 will be held in two locations, in the small city park in the
city's center, and in the main city park. At the expo, there will be sophisticated
stands where spouts of wine and brandy are available for your tasting pleasure,
in addition to a rich selection of traditional foods to clean your pallet and
satisify your appetite, for example: Fish Speciality from Tikves Lake, Barbecue
the Tikvesh way, and the inescapable oriental tastes based on a special grape
honey from the Turkish era when alcoholic products, such as wine, were forbidden.
At the Expo will be Information Stands and special stands for souvenirs. From
the one side, you can reach only a small part of what's on the Vino Expo. The
event happens for one week. For a break from the festivities, you can become
happier with the richness and tradition of Tikvesh Music and string orchestra
with a rich repertoire of old city and traditional songs from Tikvesh and the
Country. There's nothing else to add except one big WELCOME!
