Therefore, in the organization
of the Mayor and Council of the Municipality of Kavadarci will have the activities
to respect marking on the jubilee and in this context on the traditional Tikveshki
Grozdober 2004.
The days of celebration will be 7 days. They will commence on Monday, September
6th, 2004 and will continue to Sunday, September 12.
By occasion the jubilee,
for the 60th year development and growth of the city of Kavadarci, we envision
presentation through Video, on the economic subjects and persons who have
helped develop the city of Kavadarci to look it is today. There will be presented
the successes of specials of the function of the municipality.
In this context, we will recognize the people who have helped in the development
of our town. Also we will prepare a CD the material for the growing and development
of Kavadarci in the future and today, like a brochure and prospect…
The days of the celebration we will use the presentation of the actualization and certain of the municipality of Kavadarci, will advertise the new decentralization trends, and also on the presentation of the tourism, with an special emphasis on Wine Tourism, like the recognition of the Kavadarci and the region, and especially about motivation and development of small wineries.
By the occasion the Jubilee, this year the festival conference of the council for the first time will be given the declaration "Respected Citizen of the Municipality of Kavadarci" to the people - sponsors who have helped with the economic development of the Municipality of Kavadarci and who have been involved with the building important objects from important interests for the citizens of the municipality of Kavadarci, like and golden medal plaque "7th September" thanks to the people who have given special activities for affirmation and the development of the City of Kavadarci.
This year's event will
be rich with many cultural and art happenings, such as:
-Ceremony commemorating the 60th Jubilee of the liberation of the city of
Kavadarci
- Ethnologist exhibition "Crumble clothes from Tikveshijot"
- Exhibition "Retrospective on the grape harvest"
- Exhibition of the French Culture Center
In addition, there will also be many folklore presentations "Dance without borders" by groups from the municipality, the Tikvesh region, the Republic of Macedonia, and Europe.
In the evening hours
there will be many arts and cultural events such as:
-"Nights of Brotherhood Cities" presentation of music and culture
-Organization of concerts of classic and rock music, dance, and culture. -
Opportunity for presentation of groups from neighboring countries to display
part of their society, contemporary dance, and also will include a presentation
of the folklore from the culture art society from the Tikves Region and from
"Brotherhood Cities" by the traditional cultural manifestation "Dance
without Borders".
On the day of the celebrations will be organized many sports competitions.
The biggest economic and touristical manifestation "Tikveski Grozdober" will continue this year, as with centuries before, marking the beginning of the wine grape harvest in the Tikves Region. During this time the citizens of Kavadarci, with wide open doors, welcome you to come and be our friend.
